Travel information

Arriving by car:
Coming from Cologne/Düsseldorf:
- Take the A3 as far as the motorway junction "Oberhausen West"
- Change to the A42 towards Dortmund
- Take the exit "Bottrop Süd/Essen-Zentrum/Essen-Borbeck"
- Turn left into Essener Straße, continuing towards "Bottrop-Zentrum"
- Continue straight ahead down Freiherr-vom-Stein Straße (which leads to Friedrich-Ebert-Straße, and then Gladbecker-Straße)

Coming from Hanover:
- Take the A2 towards Dortmund and take the exit leading to the A31 towards Emden/Dorsten/Bottrop
- Turn right into Kirchhellener Straße (which leads to Hans-Sachs-Straße)
- After approx. 1 km turn left into Gladbecker-Straße

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled or modified up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 15 per night per person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 2.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
