Arriving by car:
- Exit the A7 motorway at Hamburg-Bahrenfeld and head towards the centre (Zentrum)
- At Millerntorplatz head left towards the main railway station (Hauptbahnhof) and follow Ost-West-Straße until you see the ruins of St. Nicholas Church (Nicolaikirche) on your left-hand side
- Turn left towards the railway station and continue straight ahead
- Once you have crossed over the tracks, get into the left-hand lane and follow the road to the crossroads
- Take the second road on your right

Arriving by plane from Hamburg Fuhlsbüttel Airport:
- Take the Airport-Express to the main railway station (this takes 25 minutes followed by a 5-minute walk)
