Here you can enjoy a lazy coffee afternoon and in the evenings, sample the creative cuisine of our chef with a charming view of the Baltic Sea.

Area Information

Come and marvel at more than 300 animals from all over the world in the “Noah’s Ark” Grömitzer Zoo. The indoor children’s’ playground “Silly Billy” is great for a wet afternoon, while the parents can enjoy a coffee or visit the gym.

“Grömitzer Welle” water park has saltwater waves pools, a baby pool, a giant slide, a sauna area and much more. Children will love the adventure parks and fun attractions on offer in the area, including the Hansa Park Sierksdorf, the only adventure park on the sea in Germany. Here you will find a giant looping rollercoaster, a wild water slide and a banana boat.

The Sealife Centre in Timmendorf Beach and the Fehmarn “Meereszentrum” with the largest shark tank in Europe are great day trip destinations. In Fehmarn you will also find the U-Boat museum, and Eselpark Nessendorf with its donkey kindergarten and donkey carriage rides also makes for a lovely visit.
