Hotel Information

A family-run hotel since 1860, the building itself dates back to the Middle Ages, when it was a popular fishermen's pub.

Food & Beverage

Franconian, Swabian and international specialities are on offer in the hotel’s restaurant, parlour and cellar. Local wines are available to accompany your meal.

The restaurant is open from 11:30 to 14:00 and from 17:30 to 21:30. On Fridays, the restaurant is closed at lunch time.

Area Information

The charming town of Haßfurt is situated between the Haßberge and Steigerwald nature parks, close to the north bank of the Main. Its history stretches back to the early 13th century.

Be sure to visit the Pfarrkirche (church), which features an altar created by Tilman Riemenschneider.

Travel Information

If you are travelling from Schweinfurt, drive along the A70 motorway until you reach the 1st exit for Haßfurt/Theres. Continue towards Haßfurt on route B26. At the 1st traffic light, cross the railway bridge on the right and follow the road around the Ritterkapelle (Knights’ Chapel). You will soon see the hotel on the left-hand side. The hotel is approximately 300 metres from the traffic light.

If you are travelling from Bamberg, drive along the A70 motorway until you reach the Eltmann exit. Continue towards Haßfurt on route B26. At the 3rd traffic light, cross the railroad bridge on the left and follow the road around the Ritterkapelle (Knights’ Chapel). You will soon see the hotel on the left-hand side. The hotel is approximately 300 metres from the traffic light.
