All rooms benefit from natural daylight, are soundproofed, and are equipped with fax/telephone connection as well as modern conference and presentation technology.

Enjoy your stay in one of the well-equipped, comfortable rooms. Each room is roughly 19 m² in size and comes with a queen-size bed or 2 separate beds.

The extra beds are not suitable for adults.

An umbrella is supplied in each room for guest use.

The restaurant with conservatory is located on the ground floor. On weekdays you can enjoy a tasty cold or warm breakfast buffet from 06:00 until 10:00 and from 07:00 until 11:00 at weekends.

The hotel's à la carte menu is available in the restaurant between 10:00 and 22:00. At weekends the restaurant is open from 11:00.

Arriving by car:
- Coming from the south and the north, approach via the A7 motorway until you reach the Othmarschen or Bahrenfeld exit
- Coming from the east, approach via the A24 motoway until you reach the Billstedt exit
- Coming from the north-east, approach via the A1 motorway until the Hamburg-Horn exit
- From all directions, follow the signposts towards Altona/Bahnhof or DB Autozug

Arriving by rail:
- The hotel is located right next to the Hamburg-Altona railway station, to the left of the railway tracks
- To reach the Hamburg-Altona railway station from the main railway station, take the S-Bahn (city rail) lines S1 or S3
