Room information

The newly renovated apartments are approx.35 sqm. and are situated in the side-wing of the building. They all have a seperate bedroom with queensize-bed, living-room with sofa-bed, dining-table, television, open modern kitchen with microwave, fridge, dishwasher, toaster, waterboiler. Seperate bathroom with bath and toilet and hairdryer.

Wireless Lan internet access is available, but guests have to bring their own laptop with them (no computers available).

Food & beverage

In the surrounding area you will find many commendable restaurants. Alternatively, you can cater for yourself without difficulty: you will find several (bio) supermarkets around the apartment.

Area information

The hotel is located In the historical heart of the city, next to the legendary Alexanderplatz. Nearby Oranienburgerstrasse and Friedrichstrasse. You will find here cinemas, theatres, museums and a wide choice of good restaurants and trendy bars.

Everything witihin walking-distance, like the Hackesche Höfe, Unter den Linden, the Museum Island, the Brandenburg Gate, New synagogue, AquaDom & Sealife Centre, Nikolai district.

Excellent public transport links bus, S-bahn, underground, tram:
- S-Bahn Hackescher Markt or Alexanderplatz
- U-bahn Weinmeisterstrasse or Rosa Luxemburg Platz

From Schönefeld Airport direct line to Alexanderplatz with S-bahn.

Direct connection from Alexanderplatz to the main railway station ("Hauptbahnhof") in about 10 minutes.

Please note that there is no reception. Once your reservation is confirmed, the management will contact you about your planned time of arrival and departure and the hand-over of the keys.

A surcharge of EUR 20 will be applied for final cleaning.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled or modified up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled or modified up to 2 days before date of arrival, the first night will be charged.
If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.
