The Schoenhouse Apartments's reception is open from Monday to Friday, from 14:00 until 20:00. Please contact the Schoenhouse in advance if you plan to arrive outside of these hours.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled or modified up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled or modified up to 2 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: 7 % VAT is included.
