The hotel restaurant conveys a 1950’s flair. The Bei Jürgen Richter gourmet restaurant offers refined cuisine with international specialities. Special emphasis is placed on using fresh ingredients. Hot food is available in the restaurant daily from 12:00 until 14:00, and from 18:00 until 22:00. The restaurant is closed on Saturday afternoons, and all day on Sunday and Monday.

The Kleines Schweinchen (literally: little piglet) hotel brewery is located in former servants’ quarters, beside the Zum Steinernen Schweinchen (literally: the stony piglet) hotel. Enjoy the cosy, rustic atmosphere by candle-light by the crackling open fire, whilst sampling the Schweinchen (piglet) home brew and tasty northern Hessian treats. The brewery is closed on Sundays.
